Communication, heartfelt leadership, Ikigai, sacred sexuality, teamwork, creativity and presentation skills. These are some of the subjects I feel passionate about teaching.
In 2002 when I decided to leave the Theatre Academy in the search for a new direction in my life, one of the first places I contacted was Speaker’s Forum, the biggest speaker agency in Finland. We had a great talk with the CEO and he really liked my style of presenting and communicating. Though when he asked what I wanted to speak about, I went silent. I had NO idea whatsoever. I understood the craft, but I had no content.
I did not just want to completely regurgitate someone elses material, so I had to take a long hard look into myself, and start writing my own stuff. It took me 5 years until I had amassed enough material to comfortably get on stage and deliver information. It was a 25 minute talk on communication, using Albert Mehrabian’s 7-38-55 Rule of Personal Communication as a base, with my own twist on it.
Since then I have done dozens of presentations all over the world, and since a couple of years, I am represented by Speaker’s Forum in Finland. Funny enough, when they signed me, their biggest issue with me was that I had TOO many subjects, and needed to narrow them down, to minimise confusion. Oh, the irony 😉
